Christmas Screensavers

A nice Christmas Screensaver adds holiday charm.  Just about any computer adds décor with a Christmas Screensaver. I have wonderful memories of being with my family at Christmas time.  We would spend one night decorating the tree with ornaments, spend time in the kitchen making cookies together, string lights all around the house and create a candy land of lights on our shed. We would have a Christmas screensaver on our computer playing Christmas tunes in the background.  Christmas was a magical time for me as a kid and I will always treasure those memories.

One of our Christmas traditions was decorating the house in Christmas decorum and Christmas screensavers.  We had little houses, a school, fire station, shops, and little people that would walk the streets.  We also had Christmas puzzles being put together throughout the month and we chose different Christmas screensavers to decorate with every week.  There are many Christmas screensavers to choose from that each person can choose one.

Out of all the Christmas screensavers traditions, I loved the times we picked the Christmas screensaver for the week.  We have four kids in my family and each week one gets to choose which Christmas screensaver he or she wants.  I love picking a Christmas screensaver depicting kids playing in the snow.   Playing in the snow is still one of my favorite Christmas screensaver activities.

Another tradition we held in my family was having a big dinner on Christmas Eve with all of my extended family and my Christmas screensaver.  It was a tradition to have lots of shrimp at the Christmas Eve dinner.  It was fun having the Christmas screensaver playing in the background while we shelled and fried up the shrimp together.

The Christmas Screensaver helps to brighten any family room or even the office with a personal holiday touch.  Being present as we shop online and read the news, Christmas screensaver reminds us of the bigger picture of life.  Because there are so many to choose from, you can change Christmas screensavers with your daily countdown!

Christmas Day could never come soon enough for us kids.  We would wake up early and wait at the top of the stairs for our parents to get out of bed.  They would be the first downstairs to turn on all the lights and the computer that would have our traditional Christmas screensaver for Christmas day; A picture of baby Jesus in the manger on the Christmas screensaver.

All too soon Christmas would be over and it would be time to take down the tree, change the Christmas Screensaver, and take down the Christmas town and the lights outside.   Although Christmas would end I always knew that it would come again next year and that even though it may not be the Christmas screensaver season we could still build memories as a family all year round.
